Fortunately, Mayor Willis was not in and Bobby left.  He was arrested a short time later, but things could have taken a very different turn if Bobby had become more agitated. But, you don't push your luck.  Events like this are becoming an everyday occurrence in municipals offices, courtrooms, schools and churches.  Even accountants and law offices are no longer safe.
