How do you get to be a Super-City?

The concept of Super-City is based on the basic premise of every successful endeavor.  It goes something like this - Find the need and do the deed! Our business is doing just that, with an emphasis on providing safety, security, and savings for municipalities and those who live and work there.  The introduction to Super-City generally begins with the Mayor or Fire Chief.  The Mayor for reasons of presenting the big picture and the fire chief for reasons of currently available grant funding.  The Police Chief and School Superintendent are also part of the overall project since they are mutually responsible for the safety of the general public and our most valuable resource - our children!

The nice thing about Super-City is that you can start by addressing the area of your greatest need, then add capabilities as you wish.  There are all kinds of financial options - government grants, corporate endowments, business stakeholders, community partnerships, bonds, and government financing services to name just a few of your available choices.

You can choose to address the needs of a single neighborhood, user group, or specific need.  Our experience as a solutions provider goes back to 2006 with the introduction of our first product to improve courthouse security.  We will share an overview of some of the communities we have served, and continue to serve as our products, and those of our Premier Partners evolve to make your city a better place to live, work, and play.

What we're all about - Here's a short video (Click here) to tell you more about what we do and why we do it.

The Evergreen Story - Our history with the City of Evergreen, Alabama goes back to 2006 when we were called upon to develop a wireless emergency call system for the Conecuh County court system.  The product worked so well that it was approved for 100% funding by the Alabama Office of Courts.  Subsequently, the Evergreen Police Department worked with us to develop a similar system for merchant use.  Both systems have continually evolved into a family of products known as the HelpAlert which are now in operation all over the USA.

The Greenville Story - About midway between Evergreen and Montgomery, the City of Greenville Alabama had a problem with break-ins at the city park concession stand.  We were asked to develop a portable unmanned surveillance device, originally known as the Companion-MD.  The Cullman County PD and later the Cullman County Sheriffs Department worked with us to  develop the current version of the product which is now known as "The CrimeBuster).  Click here for more information. Since that time, the Greenville PD has worked with us in developing a rapid notification plan for schools.  Call us at 205.854.2611 for additional information.

The Weaver Story - You never know who is going to show up at City Hall.  In Weaver, Alabama; it was Bobby Beck who came to arrest the Mayor for not working full time.  Bobby came equipped with badge, handcuffs, and a gun! Fortunately, the Mayor wasn't there.  Bobby was arrested shortly thereafter.  Falcon Community Services was commissioned to install a wireless call button system to assure they would be prepared the next time a visitor with anti-social tendencies was encountered.  Additional information is available by clicking here.
